​Kevin joined Wooden It Be Nice in 2009 bringing with him more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry.  His experience spans both the residential and commercial sectors and ranges from 1,500 to 250,000 square feet. For Mr. Sinnock, being part of an established company with strong values, respected leadership and a century of exceptional performance makes business an exciting enterprise.

Mr. Sinnock merges his years of experience in the industry with his proficiency in the construction management process to assist clients and owners in projects that will carry them into the future. He brings nearly two decades of experience to his role. Recognizing that every project is unique, he matches a clients needs with Wooden It Be Nice's strengths and expertise to ensure that the final product meets the goals for scope, quality, schedule, and cost.

What motivates Mr. Sinnock is a desire to have a positive impact on the people with whom he comes into contact – making a difference, getting things done, and building strong, mutually-beneficial relationships.  He believes that Wooden It Be Nice’s family-oriented culture and its commitment to the communities in which it works will continue to set the stage for growth in the future.
